How do I create an account?
Download the Appointly app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the registration process. You'll receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number.
How do I book an appointment?
Once logged in, browse available businesses, select your preferred service provider, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes! Go to "My Appointments" in the app, select the appointment you wish to modify, and choose either "Reschedule" or "Cancel". Please note that cancellation policies may vary by business.
How do businesses manage their availability?
Business users can set their working hours, manage time-off periods, and configure appointment durations through the business dashboard. The system automatically prevents double-booking and conflicts with time-off.
I didn't receive my OTP code. What should I do?
First, check that you entered the correct phone number. If you still don't receive the code, wait 60 seconds and request a new code. Make sure you have a stable network connection. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
