1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Appointly. By downloading, installing, or using the Appointly mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appointly.

2 Our Services

Appointly is an appointment scheduling platform that connects clients with salons, barbershops, and beauty professionals in Lebanon. Our Services include:

• Browsing and discovering salons and barbershops near you
• Booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments online
• Managing staff schedules and availability for business owners
• Receiving notifications and reminders for upcoming appointments
• Processing and managing appointment-related communications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features of Appointly, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with any third party

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to have been compromised.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Appointly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Lebanon or internationally
• Make fraudulent, false, or misleading bookings or business listings
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Appointly
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

5 Appointments & Bookings

Appointly facilitates the booking process between clients and service providers. When you book an appointment:

• You are entering into a direct agreement with the service provider (salon or barbershop)
• You agree to honor your booking or cancel within the provider's stated cancellation policy
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account
• Appointly is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party businesses

Business owners using Appointly to manage their salon or barbershop are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, service information, and professional conduct toward clients.

6 Payments & Fees

Certain features of Appointly may require payment. All fees are stated clearly before any transaction is processed.

• Payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners
• All prices are listed in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated
• Refunds are subject to the individual business's refund policy
• Appointly may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions on the platform

We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Services.

By using Appointly, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Appointly — including but not limited to the app design, logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Appointly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission
• You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, business info), but grant Appointly a license to use it for operating the platform
• You represent that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party rights

9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Appointly provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointly shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers (salons and barbershops)
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control

10 Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Appointly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
